The Call
The medicine began as my own survival
Motherhood, abusive marriage, heartbreak, and emotional overwhelm pushed me into a path of embodiment, spiritual practice, breathwork, and ceremony. I did not choose this work. It chose me through my own need to come home to myself.

The initiation
I walked through the fire alone before I could hold others in it
There were seasons of self-doubt, grief, financial pressure, and wondering if I had what it took to keep going. As a mother of 5 and a one-woman show, I know what it feels like to carry a lot and still feel called to somethign greater.

The reframe
"I need to fix myself" became "I need to return to myself"
Breathwork, reiki, cacao, Earth medicine, embodiment, and ritual regulated my nervous system, processed stored emotions, and reminded me who I truly am. Healing is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming present, honest, embodied, and free.

The breakthrough
Every wound holds nectar
The pain wasn't proof that I was broken. It was a portal. Every trigger, a teacher. Every breath, a doorway. This became the foundation of Heart Nectar: the art of extracting the wisdom from the wounds. Alchemy.

Today, I guide women into embodiment, nervous system regulation, empowerment, and authentic living.
